As a certified organisational coach, I believe in the power of authentic human connections and inclusive leadership to drive impactful change and unlock both personal and team potential.
With extensive experience as a CMO for local and global brands, I’ve successfully led high-performing teams (50+) across brand strategy, customer acquisition, retention, and digital experience. With over two decades driving positive transformation in the C-suite, I bring a lean-in approach that balances functional excellence with broader business impact.
I’ve been recognised as part of the CMO 50 and I’m committed to nurturing the next generation of marketers as a Mentor with the Marketing Academy Australia (since 2020).

Firstly, I love Owls! From ancient times they’ve embodied deep knowledge and insight.
